What we collect

• Enquiry forms: name, phone / WhatsApp number, email (if given), property area and type, the solution you are interested in, your message and any photos you upload.
• WhatsApp and phone: if you contact us through WhatsApp or by phone, we receive the details you share there. WhatsApp is operated by Meta under its own privacy policy.
• Website usage (only with your consent): pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location and how you arrived, collected through Google Analytics.
• Security logs: the IP address of form submissions, used only to prevent spam and abuse.

How we use it

We use your details only to answer your enquiry, arrange site visits, prepare quotations, carry out installation and provide after-sales service, and — if you accept analytics cookies — to understand how the website is used so we can improve it. We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.

Who we share it with

Form messages are delivered by email through our hosting provider (Hostinger). Analytics data is processed by Google (Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager). These providers may process data outside Egypt under their own safeguards. We share nothing else unless required by law.

How long we keep it

Enquiry details are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting work, warranty and after-sales service, and then deleted. Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months.

Cookies

The website works without cookies. With your consent, Google Analytics sets cookies (such as _ga) to measure visits. Your choice is stored in your browser (ss-consent) so we do not ask again on every page. You can change your choice at any time with the button below or the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.
